Membership & Accountability
The Annual General Meeting provides an important opportunity for the Society to conduct its formal annual business and maintain accountability to its membership.
At the Annual General Meeting, members may receive or consider:
- The Society’s Annual Report
- Financial Statements
- Appointment of an auditor, where applicable
- Election of Directors
- Proposed Bylaw amendments
- Member resolutions
- Other formal Society business
Notice of meetings
Information regarding upcoming Annual General Meetings, including dates, meeting notices and applicable membership information, will be shared in accordance with the Society’s Bylaws.
